Climbing Kilimanjaro – A Testimonial
Founded in 2006, Country Roads Physical Therapy was created by Derek Falkenstein, PT, DPT and Michael Barkley, DPT. The first Country Roads Physical Therapy location in West Fairmont, WV, opened in 2006, and soon the East Fairmont location opened in 2009 to accommodate their widespread success. The Buckhannon location opened in 2011 to welcome more patients and to increase Country Roads Physical Therapy’s level of care to more areas. The duo then opened the Wheeling clinic in 2013, and the Morgantown clinic in 2016. In June of 2021, Country Roads Physical Therapy opened our sixth location in White Hall, WV. This is our third clinic in Marion County.
