Many patients frequently ask questions before their initial visit. Your first time at Country Roads Physical Therapy will be to create the perfect treatment plan for you. Mike Berkeley and the Staff at the East side location of Country Roads Physical Therapy in Fairmont are the absolute best! We can’t say enough good things about them! My husband had a heart attack in July, then in August, was diagnosed with Guillain Barre Syndrome; he could barely walk. Mike has so much compassion and knowledge!!
